Home, in the Triangle.

Two decades here. A negotiator's instincts. A neighbor's knowledge of every street, school, and supper spot worth knowing.

Moved here for UNC Chapel Hill in 2006. Stayed for the neighborhoods, the people, and honestly — the food. Let me show you around.

Find the right house — and the right street.

Anyone can show you listings. Tyler knows which backyard gets evening shade, which commute actually works, and where you'll want to be in ten years.

Selling

Know what your home is really worth.

Not an algorithm's guess — a real valuation from a negotiator with twenty years of dealmaking behind him, and a plan to get every dollar of it.

What clients say

Trusted around the Triangle

Got me more money than I expected and helped me keep a positive outlook. It really was the best home selling experience I have had over a life of buying and selling 6 houses.
Kevin C. — Zillow & Google
We were moving from out of state and Tyler was great at adapting to our needs — doing virtual home tours, arranging inspections. He took the time to explain things so we felt comfortable throughout.
Nicole B. — Zillow & Google
As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain everything. Tyler genuinely cared about helping me find the right home, not just closing a deal.
